Shipping and delivery

Scend Group ApS dispatch orders with DAO, DHL Express and Postnord.

All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched, so you can track and trace your package.

In some cases, your order confirmation and tracking number may be caught by your junk filter, so please make sure to check your SPAM folder before reaching out to us.

Shipping prices (Denmark) 

National shipping is done with DAO or DHL Express and you can choose where you want your order shipped to (home address or pick up point) - prices start at 45 DKK. Normally, it takes 1-2 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time in Denmark is usually between 2 - 4 working days. This means that a package in Denmark usually takes 2-5 before it arrives. All our packages are sent with track and trace. 

Shipping prices (Internationally)

International shipping is done with DAO or DHL Express - prices start at 90 DKK. Normally, it takes 1-3 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time is usually between 5 - 10 business days, depending on the destination. This means that an international package usually takes somewhere between 7 - 16 days before it arrives, however, longer waits may be expected depending on the destination.
